We’re looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer who embodies these values in their day-to-day work to keep our high-performing production environment running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across plant and facilities, quickly diagnosing faults to minimise downtime. Working with PLC-controlled and automated systems, you’ll also support continuous improvement and efficiency projects while ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, GMP, and food hygiene. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to driving overall site performance
We’re looking for an apprentice-trained Engineer with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), strong electrical fault-finding expertise, and experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments. Knowledge of PLC-controlled automated systems is essential, with PROFINET experience advantageous. A proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Shifts pattern is 2 days (6am - 6pm), 2 nights (6pm - 6am) followed by 4 rest days, rotating.
