Room Leader | Permanent, Year-Round Role
Salary: Up to £33,495 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part‑time hours)
Opening Hours: 7:30am to 6pm, Mon–Fri
Location: Surrey (KT2)
**We have two vacancies available for this role, one in our Baby Room and one in our 2-3s Room!**
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the room team and daily activities.
- Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
- Maintain a safe, organised, high‑quality environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE‑approved).
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
- Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
