About the Role
As a Key Person, you will:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Complete regular observations and contribute to children’s learning journeys
- Build positive, professional relationships with children and parents
- Support each child’s individual needs and development
- Contribute to planning engaging and stimulating activities
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inspiring nursery environment

Essential Requirements
- Hold a recognised childcare qualification
- Experience working within a childcare or early years setting
Working Hours
Our nursery operates 52 weeks per year.
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, worked between 7:30am and 6:00pm
- Part-time: Contracted hours agreed upon appointment, with flexibility required to work within a variable rota
We are particularly interested in candidates who can offer flexibility to meet the needs of the nursery throughout the year.
