Stix & Stones are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Bar Back to support our bartending team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, and thrives in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies throughout shifts
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Wash glassware and assist with general cleaning duties
- Remove trash and recycling as needed
- Support bartenders to ensure fast and efficient service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a positive guest experience by keeping operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items (kegs, cases, ice buckets, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
