Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated bar person to join our team at The Rolls of Monmouth Golf Club. In this role, you will work under our Front of House and be responsible for day to day running of the bar.
We are excited to have moved to our grade II* Mansion and working to expand the hospitality side of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times to deliver great customer service.
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean and organised, adhering to health and safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of weight and measures and health and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A flexible attitude to working hours, as it will include some evenings and weekends.
