The Role
To support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, stock availability, operational compliance, and team performance. A multilingual or bilingual background is highly valued, fluency in Cantonese and basic English is required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail, supermarket, hospitality or food service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Duties
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising and customer service standards
- Supervise store colleagues and support recruitment, training and scheduling
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory control
- Conduct till reconciliations, cash counts and refund reviews
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures
