Job Role: Practice Champion
Salary: £23,751.00 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Hours: 32, 34 & 36 hour a week contracts available

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading care and support provider’s in the Plymouth area on a pilot project seeking to transform care, improving people’s quality of life & quality of sleep by utilising the PERMAH model.
The Practice Champion will be a vital support mechanism for the Practice Leader & Care Coordinator to:
- Promote quality of sleep (QoS) & quality of life (QoL)
- Facilitate a positive work culture based on PBS practices
- Meet service user needs & wants
- Coach staff (modelling & feedback)
- Develop staff practice
- Encourage active engagement in meaningful activities & relationships
- Safeguard service users from harm
