Job Summary
We are looking for someone with an experience in a similar role or someone who has worked as Senior Waiter and would now like to climb up the career ladder.
Within this role you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity and maintaining health and safety standards within the restaurant.
You will oversee/monitor the work of lower-level staff.
You would be involved in a number of different tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and bar. You, along with the head chef, will be fully involved in coming up with regular (new) marketing strategies, recruiting and training new staff.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate dexterity, leadership, supervisory skills and organization. An ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, likes challenges, comfortably executes their tasks when the restaurant is busy, gels well with colleagues, gets the best out of the staff and smoothly co-ordinates between the kitchen staff and the waiting staff.
Prior experience is necessary, but we would be training the candidate as per our requirement.
