We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet all visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage reservations and walk-in enquiries efficiently and courteously
- Assist customers with their needs, providing information about services or products offered
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area to ensure a tidy environment
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage social media interactions as required
- Support team members in organising events or special functions when necessary
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with booking systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the organisation effectively
