- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as required
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to during handling and storage of ingredients
- Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends
