Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our scenic holiday parks in the United Kingdom. Based at Lowther Holiday park, Penrith this role is vital in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Key Duties will include:
- Assisting the Cook with the running of the kitchen
- To ensure all pots, crockery, kitchen utensils etc. are washed, polished and stored appropriately and efficiently throughout service
- Ensure correct unloading and storing of food
- To collect and dispose of waste
- To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and cold/dry store areas
Qualifications/Skills:
- A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- Patience and cool-headedness
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience is preferable but not essential
