Frontier Facilities Management are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team at a shopping centre in Gillingham. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments.
Training will be provided. The successful candidate will be required to start on 8th July 2026 for induction and initial training.

- Salary: From £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning and general maintenance tasks across the site
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and tidiness of the shopping centre
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with site procedures
- Identify and report any major maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
- Liaise with and oversee external contractors carrying out specialist repairs or maintenance
- Respond promptly and effectively to requests for assistance and emergency situations
