Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, service arrangements, sponsorships, and collaborative business initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
Create partnership models that generate new revenue, improve market access, and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Represent the company at senior-level meetings, networking events, industry forums, and external presentations.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish clear partnership targets and regularly evaluate commercial performance, relationship quality, and return on investment.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and client services teams to ensure partnership commitments are delivered effectively.
Team Leadership:
Lead and support partnership managers and business development professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
Risk and Compliance:
Ensure all partnerships meet company policies, contractual standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, commercial management, account management, or a related field, including 2 years in a senior leadership role.
