Job Description
We require enthusiastic , responsible, experienced, hardworking Production Assemblers to join our busy, expanding, Production Dept. Due to a backlog of orders and increasing demand, we are seeking multiple hires. Whilst previous experience is preferred, we are also open to hearing from recent college/school leavers who have an interest in a practical "hands on" career (in which case then age related NMW would apply).
duties include:
-electrical wiring
-assembly of electrical and electronic products
-soldering
-some assembly of woodwork/metalwork/plastic
Previous experience preferred. Please state any previous relevant experience in: woodworking, practical assembly work, electrical wiring, use of CNC machine, drill, screwdrivers, soldering...this could be experience of making things for a hobby. This is precision work and you must have an eye for detail.
Please include any relevant experience even if gained elsewhere and not through a working environment.
We are looking for a practical "hands on" person. If you enjoy making things, please apply. Please give an indication of any DIY experience and expertise.
