Position Summary
Digital & IT Technical Specialist (PeopleSoft)
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
Maintain and support a complex HR technology environment, including a high volume of system integrations across multiple platforms.
Troubleshoot issues, perform code fixes and ensure system reliability and data integrity.
Design, develop and implement PeopleSoft solutions, interfaces and integrations.
Support ongoing system improvements and optimisation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions across global teams.
Provide support for IT service requests and contribute to project-based workstreams.
Qualifications
Skills required:
Strong experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft
Proven technical expertise in:
PeopleTools & PeopleCode
XML, SQL / PL-SQL
Integration Broker
SFTP & REST APIs
JavaScript
Application Designer & Application Engines
Experience developing and maintaining system integrations and interfaces.
Good understanding of IT systems, architecture and lifecycle management.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
