We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with to join our dynamic market leading team in the property sector. The role involves facilitating property sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Excellent salary package available with open ended commission structure. Realistic OTE £35,000 - £45,000.
*Responsibilities*
- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales
- Liaise with buyers, and sellers to coordinate property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
- Conduct property valuations
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Organise property marketing materials and online listings

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Administrative capabilities to handle documentation and record-keeping tasks
- Organisational skills to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously
