We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests in Air BnB apartments. This position is particularly suited for individuals with experience in hospitality or hotel settings, where attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas throughout the property
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry, is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
