The Role: Cocktail Bartender at Bar Lina Canary Wharf
At Lina Stores we believe in Hospitality at Heart. As a Cocktail Bartender at Bar Lina Canary Wharf, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will craft exceptional cocktails, help shape an innovative drinks menu, and deliver an engaging experience for every guest, from the lunchtime crowd to a buzzing after work bar. You will consistently mix beverages to the highest specification while maintaining excellent Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, bringing a deep knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi to every shift. With genuine opportunity at the forefront, you will have access to ongoing training and development, including WSET and mixology courses, to help you grow your career in the beverage industry.
What We Are Looking For in Our Ideal Cocktail Bartender
- Experienced Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist with a real passion for hospitality.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy Canary Wharf service.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian spirits, aperitivi, and digestivi.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative cocktail menus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person.
- Advanced bar experience and a drive to develop further (WSET or mixology training preferred).
- A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
- A commitment to upholding Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
