A strong understanding of Cheshire East Adult Social Care policies, procedures, and best practice is essential.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative and proactive practitioner, skilled in building effective working relationships with colleagues, partner agencies, and professionals across a multi-disciplinary landscape.
