About the Role
JMP Electrical Service Kent Limited is looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that is central to the day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone with previous office and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can use their initiative, and takes pride in keeping things organised.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling work and booking jobs for our engineers.
- Speaking with clients and keeping them updated.
- Keeping records of engineer attendance and completed work.
- Preparing documents and paperwork for jobs.
- Raising purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up where needed.
- Updating company records, policies, and compliance documents.
- Recording staff holidays and absences.
- Providing general office and administrative support.
- Helping to improve office systems and processes as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an office or administration role is essential.
- Experience in an Operations Coordinator, Operations Administrator, or similar role is desirable.
- Construction or electrical industry experience is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently using your own initiative.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
