We are looking for an organised, professional and approachable Administrative Assistant to support our Logistics Manager and help ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role involving customer service, general administration and regular communication with our fitting and templating teams. The successful candidate will be confident speaking with customers, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Pay - £14.50 per hour
Hours - 8:00am-4:00pm
Working days - Monday-Friday
Position - Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed.
- Supporting the Logistics Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Liaising with fitting teams and templaters to coordinate appointments and workloads.
- Communicating schedule updates, changes and relevant information.
- Maintaining accurate records, documents and internal systems.
- Managing emails, paperwork and general office administration.
- Helping to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Assisting with other duties as required to support the wider team.

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics or scheduling, although training can be provided.
