Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re expanding our Cardiff team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to represent a range of client campaigns.
This is a Cardiff-based, self-employed role involving face-to-face, door-to-door customer interactions in residential areas.
The Role
- Represent client campaigns through door-to-door and face-to-face interactions.
- Engage with customers in residential areas and provide excellent customer service.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Attend daily training, coaching and team meetings at our Cardiff office.

- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed position.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission.
- Weekly pay.
- Minimum 4 full working days per week, with Monday–Saturday availability.
- Cardiff office-based start each day before travelling to assigned residential areas.
