We are excited to be recruiting Positive Behaviour Support Workers who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference every single day.
In this rewarding role, you will be at the heart of helping students who may be experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges, guiding them to build confidence, develop positive relationships, and strengthen their social and emotional skills. Your support will play a key part in shaping a respectful, supportive, and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
· Work collaboratively to develop and implement individual behaviour support plans alongside teachers, pastoral teams, and families.
· Track and monitor student progress, celebrating achievements and adapting strategies where needed.
· Partner with teaching staff to help create a positive, calm, and engaging classroom environment.
· Maintain clear and accurate records to support student development and wellbeing.
What we’re looking for:
· Experience supporting children or young people in an educational, mentoring, or care setting.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
· A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a calm and resilient approach.
· A relevant qualification in education, psychology, youth work, or a related field is an advantage.
· Right to work in the UK.
· A clean DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
· Available on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm).
