About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you'll be an integral member of our Dispute Resolution team, providing a wide range of administrative, organisational and client support services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is confident managing multiple priorities. You'll work closely with Partners, Directors and Fee Earners, helping them stay organised and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll have a varied and rewarding role, including:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Dispute Resolution team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Preparing, formatting and producing correspondence and legal documents
- Opening new client matters and supporting file management processes
- Monitoring inboxes and voicemail messages when fee earners are unavailable
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date
- Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments and coordinating visitor arrangements
- Supporting billing processes and helping ensure invoices are issued promptly
- Assisting with compliance, document management and administrative procedures
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements where required
- Providing general support to wider team activities and projects
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
- Experienced in a Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Team Assistant or administrative support role
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Confident communicators with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, approachable and client-focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
- Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Committed to delivering outstanding service and support
Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
