Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth entry by verifying tickets and assisting with directions.
- Monitor crowd behavior to maintain safety, prevent disturbances, and respond swiftly to incidents.
- Enforce stadium policies, including safety regulations and code of conduct standards.
- Manage access points, control entry and exit procedures, and oversee stewarding operations during events.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring fans have a positive experience.
- Conduct patrols around the venue to identify potential hazards or security concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with event staff and emergency responders to coordinate safety measures and respond effectively to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management, security, hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing crowd control and safety protocols.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods during events.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
