Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Grounds and Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and grounds team at our 5 star Holiday park just outside of Bromyard, Herefordshire.
The role is responsible for overseeing the presentation, safety and upkeep of the park grounds, facilities and infrastructure.
Ideally you would have experience in a supervisory role with experience leading, coaching and scheduling maintenance or grounds teams. A strong maintenance management background and hands on experience with equipment maintenance, repair & maintenance across grounds, facilities and utilities.
A good organiser with problem solving and time management skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
