We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Fulfilment Operative to support our warehouse operations. As a Fulfilment Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are handled and stored with care.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and HLOP, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology and WMS (experience of (Mintsoft) is preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for lengthy periods of time.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
