Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs
- Assist clients with product information and sales enquiries, ensuring a positive experience
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, maintaining company policies and customer satisfaction
- Manage client accounts and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities
- Support the organisation of sales campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery
- Drive company vehicles when necessary for client meetings or promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between client sites or events
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Pay: £12.71 per hour
