Responsibilities:
- Working as a part of the Operations Team to manage the diary of 50+ operatives daily, scheduling cleans and arranging site access with clients
- Answering escalated customer complaints
- Organising schedules of work for large sites
- Booking in schedules of multiple sites from large customers
- Contacting existing customers to rebook visits
- Working alongside the company’s independent feedback company to provide an effective after sales service
- Ordering equipment from suppliers
Person Specification:
- You will need to have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills
- You will need to have an excellent telephone manner
- You will need to be resilient and confident in speaking with customers
- You will need to have good computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- If you have knowledge of the CRM system ACT, this would be a huge advantage
Job Particulars:
· 32.5 Hours per week, 1000-1700 Monday-Friday with 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
· Monthly bonus of £200 available for meeting team sales targets.
· Company profit share scheme in place.
· 22 days annual leave excluding UK Bank Holidays plus additional day for your birthday. Allowance increases incrementally after 2 years service.
This position will be able to be carried out one day a week remotely upon passing probationary period.
Pay: £12.90 per hour
