Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) Live-In Carer/Companion who is self-employed and passionate about providing exceptional care in a private residence. As a live-in carer, you will be an integral part of creating a nurturing environment, offering both practical assistance and emotional reassurance. Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care tailored to the client’s specific needs, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately and monitor health conditions, maintaining detailed records of treatments and changes in health status
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments through behaviour management and specialised care strategies
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring proper meal timing and hygiene standards
- Manage household tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and organising personal belongings to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Offer transportation support for medical appointments or errands through driving services when necessary
- Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid skills and coordinate with healthcare professionals or emergency services as needed
Experience
- Proven assisted living experience or caregiving background in private homes, nursing homes, or hospice settings
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices including dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and senior care
- Experience in medication administration, behavior management, and handling complex health conditions
- Familiarity with home care routines such as meal preparation, heavy lifting, and light housekeeping
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: £1,700.00-£2,500.00 per week
