ERF Electrical is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our growing team at our Cannock branch. This is a key support role that works closely with our Sales Managers, Purchasing Team, and Distribution Managers to ensure the smooth processing and servicing of customer sales orders from start to finish.
You will play an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring orders are processed accurately, communication is clear, and customers receive the high level of service they expect from ERF Electrical.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Key Account Managers.
Work closely with the Purchasing and Distribution teams to ensure the smooth running of customer orders.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries promptly.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Ensure all administration is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Support the wider sales team with day-to-day administrative duties.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.
The ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business.
