Job Overview
The 1936 PUBCO is a rapidly expanding company that is focusing on restoring Liverpools traditional pubs. We are looking for the right candidates that are keen to progress within hospitality.
Duties
- End of night procedures: cashing up, securing the venue, investigate discrepancies, and effective handovers to other managers/supervisors.
- Constant management of Trail and relevant back of house procedures.
- Always run the venue to the highest standards with regards to sound levels, lighting, sports, venue presentation, and guest experience.
- Cellar management: maintaining cask rotation procedures, managing stock levels and orders.
- Follow and train staff in all food safety procedures and keep diligent records pertaining to food storage and temperature.
- Lead the team in the absence of other managers and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Motivation and drive to push standards both personally and within the site for your team
