Job Overview
The candidate will plan catering services and direct
staff;decide on the range and quality of meals
and beverages to be provided; discuss customers
requirements for special occasions; purchase or direct
the purchasing of supplies and arrange for the
preparation of accounts. They will verify that the quality
of food, beverages, and waiting service is as required,
and ensure that kitchen and dining areas are kept
clean and that appropriate hygiene standards are
maintained in compliance with statutory requirements.
The candidate will plan and arrange food preparation in
collaboration with other staff and organise the provision
of waiting or counter staff. They will check that supplies
are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage
and loss, and to stay within budget limits. The candidate
will also determine staffing, financial, material, and other
short- and longterm requirements
Pay: £38,700.00 per year
