We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin Support to assist our Employability Officer. This role is essential in facilitating the delivery of employability programs and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a commitment to supporting individuals in their employment journey, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Employability
Officer, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and
responding to emails.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and
promotional materials related to employability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of participants, programs, and outcomes to
support the evaluation and improvement of services.
- Help organise workshops, training sessions, and community events that
promote employability skills and opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from participants, stakeholders,
and external partners regarding employability services.
- Support data collection and analysis related to employability metrics
and program effectiveness.- Ensure adherence to organisational policies and compliance with
relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other
relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals' employability and development.
Pay: £7,776.00 per year
