Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workspace
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Maintain cleanliness logs and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work primarily on weekends during designated shifts
