Looking for a kitchen where you can cook well, learn, and still have a life outside of work?
We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to work across The Grande (2 AA Rosette steak restaurant) and Dukes Sports Bar. It’s a mix of quality dining and busy service, but with a team that supports each other and keeps things positive.
No ego, no nonsense, just good food and a solid team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running a section with consistency and confidence
- Supporting prep and service across both outlets
- Working closely with the team to deliver quality dishes
- Keeping things clean, organised, and under control
What we’re looking for:
- CDP level or strong Commis ready to step up
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and easy to work with
- Someone who cares about standards but also about the team
- Good attitude to good food
What you’ll get:
- Up to 40 hours per week (part-time or full-time)
- Option of a 4-day week
