Duties

- Ensure all work surfaces are sanitized and organized according to health and safety standards
- Support chefs with ingredient replenishment and stock rotation to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to uphold environmental standards
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in setting up prep stations for upcoming shifts, ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are ready for use
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles within restaurants or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene practices
