Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse processes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient logistics, materials handling, and team management within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including inventory management, stock control, and materials handling.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow across the supply chain.
- Implement best practices for heavy lifting techniques to ensure the safety of all team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations are required.
- Experience with logistics, shipping, receiving, and materials handling is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
