Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance across various communication channels.
This is a shift based position, between the hours of 8am and 8pm 30 hours per week, variable over 7 days.
A basic DBS check will be required for this role.

What you will be doing:
- Providing a helpful and friendly reception service to our residents including post management, logging maintenance jobs, and responding to queries by phone, email, and face to face
- Office administration work utilising resident management systems and Office 365 applications
- Upholding the standards of OSL, to ensure the commitments made to our customers are always delivered
- Dealing with sales queries and viewings
- Managing the residents stay with OSL, including room inspections, arrears management, incident and complaint management, and property presentation
