Let Safe is a NICEIC-accredited property compliance contractor serving landlords, letting agents and property managers across London, the South East and Essex. We're a growing business with a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality compliance work, and we're looking for a skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join our expanding field team.
The Role
As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you'll travel to properties across our coverage area to carry out gas safety inspections and associated remedial work. Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing Gas Safety Records (CP12) and landlord gas safety checks
- Servicing, fault-finding and repairing domestic gas appliances and boilers
- Carrying out remedial gas and plumbing works to bring properties up to standard
- Documenting findings accurately and issuing certification
- Delivering excellent service to tenants, landlords and managing agents
What You'll Need
- Gas Safe registration (essential), with current ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and CPA1
- Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, fault diagnosis and repair
- Sound plumbing skills for remedial works
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in the field
- A professional, customer-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience in the lettings/rental compliance sector
- Additional commercial gas (COCN1/CORT1) or unvented hot water qualifications
- Legionella awareness

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
