We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our friendly primary care team. This is a patient-facing role supporting the delivery of high-quality care within a busy GP surgery.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Carry out venepuncture safely and effectively in accordance with best practice
Collect, label, and handle specimens correctly for laboratory testing
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS requirements
Adhere to infection prevention and control standards
Maintain and clean clinical equipment and work areas
