About Creative Visionaries
Creative Visionaries is a hybrid panel and interview series spanning architecture, art, music, fashion, and design. We bring together leading voices across the creative industries to explore how culture shapes the built environment and how the built environment shapes culture.
The Role
We're looking for a student volunteer to support marketing, curation, and on-the-ground event delivery for our upcoming event.
Time commitment: 4–8 hours per week (flexible, remote-friendly)
In-person event: Monday 1st September, 4:00pm–9:30pm central London
What You'll Do
- Support content creation for social media (Instagram/LinkedIn) — event promotion, speaker spotlights, recap posts
- Help curate guest lists, speaker research, and outreach
- Assist with event logistics and marketing collateral (invitations, run sheets, signage)
- Provide on-the-day support at the event — guest registration, speaker liaison, photography/content capture
- Contribute ideas to the event's participatory workshop concept and audience engagement
Who We're Looking For
- A student studying the arts, marketing, events, curation, architecture, design, or a related creative field
- Comfortable with Instagram/LinkedIn content creation and basic design tools (Canva or similar)
- Organised, proactive, and happy working in a small, fast-moving team
- Genuinely interested in architecture, art, music, or design culture
- Available for the full in-person event on 1st September
What You'll Get
