The Role:
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Senior Care Assistants to complement our current team in delivering person centred care.
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents
- Ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards
- Creating and carrying out person centred care plans
- Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
- Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Support, guide and mentor other members of your team
