We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive network of primary schools, SEND schools, and private nurseries across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and early learning for children aged 0–5, supporting their development and individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on progress and wellbeing.
- Keep accurate records and ensure full compliance with safeguarding and early years policies.
- Organise and prepare learning resources to create a welcoming, inclusive, and well-structured environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification
- CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education
