A hugely successful logistics company currently based in Biggleswade specialising in Same Day deliveries, Warehouse Storage, Pallets, Overnight, European and International deliveries is looking for an outgoing, ambitious & experienced customer service advisor from a transport background who will join our team in providing a top quality, market leading logistics service.
Requirements of the role include:
- General customer service queries
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- Planning/routing a busy same day network of vehicles
- Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Working alongside the sales team
- Good IT skills
- Hours - 9-6PM --- some slight flexibility required for any holiday cover in the team
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, reliable and work well within a team as well as on their own initiative. The company has grown year on year and is always presenting new opportunities to staff promoting within as much as possible.
We also have a brand new on site Gym with personal trainer that can be used by all staff members.
