We are an established all-trades construction company, operating since 2007, and are looking for an experienced painter and decorator to join our team.
We undertake a diverse range of projects including refurbishments of industrial units, schools, colleges, and government bodies, as well as fire and water damage reinstatement works for local authorities.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction/building trade. You must have a full driving licence and be ages over 21 for insurance purposes. You will be flexible with a good eye for detail with very high standards and expectations, a person who is self-motivated and takes pride in their work. Able to work as a part of the team or on their own. This role requires a strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and in line with company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Site preparation
· Working with designers and clients to ensure work is completed according to the specification
· Measuring the work area to calculate the time and materials required to complete the project
· Choosing the tools to carry out the tasks
· Completing works within agreed timescales
· Following all company procedures, project requirements and health and safety regulations
Rate commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: £36,504.00-£42,588.00 per year
