Responsibilities
- Supervise all bar operations, including, drink mixing, and serving to ensure quality and consistency.
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area.
- Develop creative beverage menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences while adhering to brand standards.
- Train staff on proper serving techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality setting, with strong team management skills.
- Prior barista experience or familiarity with beverage crafting is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and food production processes.
- Experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
