A new opportunity has been created for a Guest Experience Team Leader to join our team, supporting our Guest Experience Manager to ensure delight is delivered at every guest interaction across all products including Day Charter, Holiday Charter, River Cruise Fleet and Cottages.
This role ensures a welcoming and memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service, operational efficiency and team engagement; supporting the development of new initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience working collaboratively with all departments on the marina.
Our Guest Experience Team Leader will assist in overseeing the coordination and management of group bookings for the river cruise fleet, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience from the initial enquiry through to the arrival of the guests and beyond.
In the absence of the Guest Experience Manager, the Team Leader will oversee the holiday cottages and the smooth day-to-day operation of reception. They will liaise with the River Cruise and Day Charter Manager to coordinate skipper and crew availability for all bookings, assist with staff rotas, and ensure appropriate cover is in place. The role will also involve monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies for holiday charter welcome bags and passenger boats.
The role will involve managing social media enquiries and guest communications, ensuring all interactions are friendly, professional and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
Excellent customer service and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both guests and team members. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. Experience using booking systems would be desirable.
