Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Head of Quality Assurance & QS (Electrical) to lead our installation team in maintaining the highest of standards. This pivotal role contributes to maintaining our high standards in electrical design and installation, ensuring excellence across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes for electrical projects.
- Oversee quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards to staff.
- Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies regarding quality compliance.
- Monitor project progress with Project Managers to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical project management or quality assurance within the electrical contracting industry.
- Previously held role as a QS or Duty Holder
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical installations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in electrical engineering or quality management are preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Pay: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
