The Role
We are seeking a talented, highly motivate and ambitious Private Client lawyer to head up our existing team to help develop them and to bring on new staff as required. The person we are looking for must be passionate about client service and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibility
To define key measurable and actionable duties of the team, help develop the talent already in place, recruit and train any new team members and take ownership of the team.
Experience
Due to the nature of this important role, we are looking for a minimum of 5 years PQE, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, ambition and the drive to succeed.
